Please note the following below.
- Parents are required to pay fees for the education and care of their children. We require a minimum of 7hours a day, 3 days a week. Please see the fee schedule above.
- When your child turns 3, they are entitled to the 20 Hours ECE at 6hrs a day maximum.
- Fern Grove ELC offers a sibling discount of 10% with the discount being applied to the oldest child's weekly fees.
- Fern Grove ELC offer a 50% discount on fees over the 2-week Christmas break. We also offer you a 1-week holiday at 50% to use at your discretion throughout the year, on condition that your account is kept up to date.
- You will need to pay one week's fees in advance and there is also an additional one-off charge of $30 as a one-off payment.
- All children receive a Fern Grove wet bag at enrolment once the first weeks fees and administration fee has been paid.
- Full fees are charged, regardless of public holidays falling within the invoicing period.
- Booking changes with regards to your child's attendance or hours, requires a 2-week notice period.
- If your child is sick, full fees are still applicable.
- Termination of care with Fern Grove ELC requires a 2-week notice period.
- WINZ is available for some families to access- please see office for more details and to determine eligibility.
- When your child turns 3, they are entitled to the Ministry of Educations 20 Hours Childcare Scheme. Conditions apply.
